37 weeks and 3 days (Full-term)
We’re 90% effaced, 1 centimeter dilated, and at -1 station.
That means my cervix is almost completely thinned out and super soft…any thinner and I’d be in labor. Most people understand the dilation part. And -1 station means that when he comes down just one more centimeter (zero station) he’ll be engaged for labor.
As exciting as this information was to receive today,...
